World generator not working

I have a server running multiverse 2.4 and the plugin does not work for me. I was at 2.5 and it also didn't work. I type in the correct command (even the example command) and it gives me a normal world.

Hey, I'm not working on Minecraft mods any more so probably wont get time to look at this. I'll leave it open though.
