Add more details about each project under All Projects view

• For any project without a process id, show ⚠️ to the left of the menu icon (⋮)
• For any project that was created using a different wallet address than the active one, show ⚠️ to the left of the menu icon (⋮)
• On hovering on the ⚠️, show an appropriate hover message
