Develop

# 1. install dependencies
yarn

# 2.1 build extension in dev mode
yarn dev

# 2.2 build extension in prod mode
yarn build

# 3. load the built dist folder in `chrome extension management` following https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/answer/2664769?hl=en
