Chat project, look into dark.fi p2pIRC

I would really suggest coordination with p2pIRC implementation written in rust by dark.fi crew. Would avoid a lot of the complexities and privacy<security<freedom issues attached to matrix and signal network centralization and bloated clients. But while still trying to replicate many of the positive innovations brought about those projects.
