GeoMap zooming and panning

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Right now there is no possibility to zoom and pan GeoMap what limits usage of the feature

I think that the concept is great, you changed the map size, then the projector is able to scale the map (zoom), you added an offset to the map then that is the panning, that concept is ok for me.

About your concern of redrawing the full map, we could latter improve it and skip the shapes that are out of the view, I don't see a big problem for that,

It would also be nice to have "named zoom" for example a function where you can zoom to a specific lane or region in the map.
