Custom Geometry binding to the point ,for control the rotation of geometry

I’ve been experimenting with the example from this link, but I haven’t been able to achieve the functionality I want. Specifically, I’d like to customize the Geometry, and each Geometry’s rotation angle should be bound to the Y value of the data point. This way, when representing wind or flow direction curves, the custom Geometry can rotate along with the data to indicate the direction.
