Default colors

Can the default colors be changed? Showing the results in white text ignores all the people who work with a white background terminal. I would love to see them changed so that a) the title of the entry does not have a colored background, only colored text, and b) the result list is in a native color (colorless).

If this is not an acceptable request, perhaps an environment variable or option flag to allow for user customization?

In addition - although a separate (but related) issue - when redirecting output to a file, it is a common practice to remove colors.

Glamour does seem to support other themes/styles although it looks like something that is out of the scope of this project. I would be willing to accept a pull request for it, although it is not something I would support myself.
