Log records count computing is optimized
The log records count is calculated during log loading and saved in the log stats data. This count value is used in spectrum graph directly.

The NWjs build is obsolete. Closing this PR. It can be re-opened against new branch 3.7.0_NWjs_maintenance for those of very few us who want a "final" installable; however, after a few weeks±, non-PWA PR's will not be accepted.
