Feature Request: Serial Ports Management

Imagine a (comon) scenario: bound AIO with irrecuperable USB port, with SPI ELRS Rx built in (so not possible to connect via elrs wireless) and fully functional otherwise.

Being able to tag a different FC UART as MSP then use an FTDI to connect via USB would save the day (and the AIO).

Most people wouldn't go/wont manage the (convoluted and much more involved) alternative: direct MCU flash route via STLink using modded firmware with MSP enabled on a non default, functional UART etc.
