Feature Request : Rates Preview window behaviour

Just a thought is there anyway the rates preview window could be made to more accurately reflect the models behaviour... i.e. in horizon, angle, or rate, it would autolevel on angle and horizon...?

i just been experimenting with a delayed switch on the roll axis so i get a 0.5 seconds of max roll and wanted to see if it would replicate the rate of 720 degrees per second...i.e. 360 degrees of rotation. (0.5 sec).. and the model in the rates preview window would return to the same position...
