Crosshair and Compass should be able to perfectly center
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
the snapping makes it impossible to center the crosshair..
Describe the solution you'd like
If you are doing a OSD grid, say 48 squares wide, then you need to be able to center the crosshair. the crosshair should be 4x4 or 8x8 so that you can align the 'corner' of the 4x4 to the center 4 grid items and have it perfectly centered...
Describe alternatives you've considered
alternatives are to 'disable snapping' or allow a boolean for each element in the CLI like...
set osd_crosshairs_pos_center = true
or...
set osd_crosshairs_pos_vcenter = true set osd_crosshairs_pos _hcenter = true
Other information
crosshair should be used as your direct center (vertical or horizontal or both) having the snapping causing it to be offset is not ideal.
Same with Compass... would be nice to 'horizontally center' the compass so that the dead center of your view lines up with the dead center of the compass direction you travel....
I like to put several things centered. Altitude, warning messages, etc. If there was just a center button or simply poor man's version within the Betaflight Configurator gui that shows along the edges of the OSD a 0 at each X & Y axis where the center of the display is 0 and then 1, 2,3 increments higher and lower than the center along every side, I could count the tiles easier to know how long a field is and where I desire things to be placed.
I think I'm in favor of just a configurator ui change as I'd rather leave less in the actual Betaflight firmware where the developers fight for every bit of hardware resources.

for what it's worth, I'm not sure if everything can be perfectly centered. The number of 'pixels' available is an even number.
15 on the left and 15 on the right, technical it's not centered as the line is on the right side and bottom side of the cells.
