[Game Utilities] Texture modification for pre-Alpha v1.2.2 versions / resource modification for pre-13w24a versions

Texture packs were not supported until a1.2.2, and the modification of other resources (sounds, language files, etc.) were not supported until 13w24a.

Some option to inject the version jar with a zip containing the desired textures to be modified, or even just something like a single terrain.png, would be useful. As for similar modification of other game resources, I'm not sure.

or just add a url called resourcepack.jar to the class loader with all the desired pack's textures in there it should be that simple
