Where do I put the folder "folder_path" url in filemanager.config.js?

I'm trying to follow this comment in this file: filemanager/config/filemanager.php which says I also need to place my url in filemanager.config.js file. However I don't know where in that file I should place it?

should it be in the options object or in the root of the object? Also everything in that file is camel-case but "folder_path" is not do I need to make it camel-case?
