More explicit section or page on CI?

Currently most of our content on continuous integration is under Version control -> GitHub -> GitHub Actions. It might be more useful and navigable if we had a tool-agnostic section on CI which then uses GitHub Actions as an example. CI is also referred to under Testing code -> Run tests whenever you make changes to your project and Tools -> Continuous Integration Platforms
