Organize and consolidate information, examples and tutorials in the docs folder.

• Create a branch to publish documentation to RTD.org
• Create a template for documentation using RTD.
• Publish documentation to f3dasm read the docs website.

A colleague from the DCC will help us next week to set up the website (read.the.docs) for the documentation for F3DASM. You should see some activity on the repo then. @mabessa Do we have an account in https://readthedocs.org/ for the BessaGroup? or do you prefer another platform to publish the documentation?
