pgitem memory leak

pgitem should have a virtual destructor, otherwise the derived class will not destruct and there will be memory leaks.

Hi @lancelot-coder-chen ,

you are right!!! Thanks I already added a virtual dtor in the control included into nana-creator but I didn't update nana-extra repo, sorry. Just uploaded to latest version (it also include a better management of events emition).
