low cTDP and trip temperature in Linux no such file or directory

In the section about thermal throttling, I followed the commands

sudo apt-get install msr-tools sudo rdmsr -f 29:24 -d 0x1a2

and get no such file or directory

Wondering how to undervolt my CPU to try and get some better battery life. Just installed the latest bios which does have the Linux sleep state.
