I've tried every suggestion I've come across to remedy this. It's as if openvino doesn't exist, I can't seem to successfully install ANY version of it.

I sincerely hate python and the fact that it's so widely used, it's the most API unstable #### I've ever encountered. Even when instructions are followed PERFECTLY, there's almost always some sort of issue with it that forces me to scour the ####ing depths of the internet to find proper solutions for.
