fix: rename smb and nmb services

In samba 4.8.0-1, the units were renamed from smbd.service and nmbd.service to smb.service and nmb.service.

I think this will need conditionalizing for backwards compatibility, no?

Goo question but I don't think it is necessary. For an Arch Linux package (e.g., samba), only the latest version provided in official repositories is considered supported.

I think so too, Arch packages don't follow a stable release schema.
