Add a Service: I'm new to NPROne has incorrect link

The links goes to a sonos.com page instead of an NPR page.

I'm not entirely sure the best link to signup for an NPR One account. Probably either http://www.npr.org/account/signup or http://one.npr.org

I didn't see anywhere in the source where this was set or I'd have opened a PR. This is a super low priority issue as I suspect most people trying to set this up already have an account but since I noticed it I figured I'd let you know :)

Thanks for reporting @JPrevost! Good catch.

As far as I remember this is hard coded in the Sonos software and Sonos will do a redirect for offical services on their website (not ones added through the clunky browser work around).

I will leave this open in case I find another option.
