I don't have access to linux nor the tools. Would love to at the least play around with it but there is no pre-built releases availible :(

If you don't have Linux then do you mean a release for another OS?

I would love a release for Windows. A simple .exe file that I run and it beeps for me! But given the code is using iptables, I guess it would be equivalent of remaking this project.

Maybe! I don't know how the addons work, does chrome tell its addons about all the communication it has with Google? My assumption is that putting it on a system level guarantees we are not missing anything.
