[PATCH html/sbas.js] Updated with the latest list of PRNs reserved (in April 2023) by regional SBAS operators (WAAS, EGNOS, etc...) from GPS.gov + add 7 new countries flags (png format) by resizing countries flags from wikipedia (svg format)
