Clarify source of virus vs vaccine sequence

The README says "All vaccine data here is sourced from this World Health Organization document.", but this document only contains one sequence.

I guess it describes the vaccine because it contains Ψ, but nowhere does the document mention that. Is there a WHO site anywhere that gives more context?

Where did you get the original virus sequence? And do we know if they started from any particular mutation? I guess they got started as soon as the virus virus sequence was uploaded, but I don't know if they made tweaks later based on mutations seen in the wild?

For the ultra paranoid: maybe put that document in the repo and timestamp it.
