Argh. Just used the latest version of the plugin and it seems to work: python check_mongodb.py -H $ADDRESS -A replication_lag OK - State: 7 (Arbiter on port 27017)

Did you resync the node? I think you need to do it, otherwise it will not be enabled (see logs when it starts)
