Bug: OVH openstack image IDs

The recently added support for the OVH openstack provider has some issues with how claudie operates, where the image IDs are being refreshed and the previous ID's will no longer be valid.

This poses an issue, mainly with autoscaling where an update to an Image from OVH results in a new image ID which will make the OVH openstack provider in claudie unusable until the given nodepool is swapped out with the new ImageID.
