Chore: Include spawned tool logs into default log level

Description

Claudie uses a number of tools, Terraform, Ansible, Kubeone etc. The logs for these tools have been previously allowed only under Debug log level. With this change I propose to bring them back to the Info log level as dealing with errors without these logs is time-consuming.
