Feature: Add a better starting example

Motivation

Trying out claudie sits behind a pay-wall, (even in our getting started example we use cloud providers) It would make more sense to have an example that can be tested locally and see what claudie does.

Description

Come up with a local scenario (either with VMs using Vagrant) or maybe trying to create a kind provider (it if works).
