Bug: Testing Framework stuck

Current Behaviour

I've noticed that sometimes the testing framework gets stuck (always when some manifests end with an error). It will hang for hours, other time I've noticed that the testing-framework panics (after all input manifests finished and some ends with an error state)

Expected Behaviour

Testing manifest should always finish gracefully and after all the manifests are finished

Don't know to to exactly reproduce this
