Invoking C# function to set dynamic assignee?

Hi, So far, the C# client can only invoked by External Class. Is it possible to implement the feature below? https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.5/reference/bpmn20/tasks/user-task/#invoking-a-service-bean Cause I needed to find manager.
