clipping and r's

clipping does not take into account the R0 and r1 values. Modify processClipping to take them into account

Any update or possible solution on this bug? I am unable to assign multiple bamcoverage's to the one plot as the clipping does not clip reads outside of r1, when I assign any ymax (not Null), it always plots to r1=1, even if r1 = 0.5 and r0=0.
