add support for vertical karyograms

Would it be possible to add support for vertical karyograms? e.g. to support lots of tracks next to a chromosome region

This is not possible yet. And it's much more complex than it would seem. If you take a look at the karyoploteR internal code you can see some commented out remnants of old attempts to this. I might give it another shot in the future, but for now the best option would be to build an horizontal one and rotate it externally. Not ideal... but could work.
