Some progress on wrapping, flex, etc:

Turns out the HTML implementation needs the most work; currently doesn't support a few features.

Once that is done, I'll move on to the Tailwind implementation.

Hey! Yes, work has been brutal! But I've just had a break and dropping my hours a bit so I can actually find time for OSS again. I'm going to review all my outstanding tickets this week.
