Data export doesn't export the "taggings" table

The attached file is the result of exporting an instance containing one hub, one collection, and two items. The item with id 2 is supposed to be tagged "alpha", "beta", and "gamma", and the item with id 3 is supposed to be tagged "alpha" and "elephant". The tags themselves are dumped, but the association between tags and items (the "taggings" table in the database) isn't.
