Prefix all classes with create-ui

Currently, some classes like dropdown-menu do not contain any vendor prefix. This means it overrides global styles (and such classes are used by bootstrap for instance).

@bergie I would love to spend sometime checking this out but I've no idea where to start. It's not clear just by the project structure where the HTML is generated. If you could give some directions It would be nice. I'm sure this bug is bugging (ah-ha) many people...
