Going fast through portals bypasses plugin [exploit]

My_Worlds: v1.21.8-v1-SNAPSHOT (build: 332) BKCommonLib: v1.21.8-v1-SNAPSHOT (build: 1908) Paper 1.21.8-60-29c8822 (MC: 1.21.8)

When travelling very fast through a portal (nether or end) it bypasses the plugins system. (I don't belive items can go through) Both End portal and Nether portal in this world has been disabled.

I've tested it with using essentialsx fly speed and axioms.
