Demo App doesn't work in IE11

steps:

  1. run the demo app in IE11
  2. upload .jpeg file the result:

the following error apears in the browser console:

ERROR Error: macroTask 'HTMLCanvasElement.toBlob': can not transition to 'running', expecting state 'scheduled', was 'scheduling'.
