@lhotari I have setup [the Personal CI](https://github.com/berg223/pulsar/pull/3). And all CI succeed except [Upload Coverage (pull_request)](https://github.com/berg223/pulsar/actions/runs/15516002166/job/43684186100?pr=3) . Is it okay to begin the testing after this PR reviewed?
