"Permission required to start VPN"

Hi,

I'm getting this message as a toast after a fresh install from GitHub releases and hitting the switch button.

The app did not ask for the VPN permission and I don't know how to enable it otherwise.

It's not appearing in VPN settings.

I think you have to run it as an administrator

@KaKi87 go to android settings/apps/Oblivion, clear its data and try again. it might ask you again for permission.
