Oblivion Desktop and Android stopped working in Russia
Hi! Yesterday both apps stopped connecting,
on PC it displays toast notification that "connection to 1.1.1.1 was not possible". 1.1.1.1 is somewhat shadowbanned here in Russia, is there some possible workaround for this? the log is:

on your phone install ByeDPIAndroid turn on "proxy mode" and "disordered out-of-band" method, all protocols in desync, then launch oblivion and check it on wifi and cellular, you may need several attempts, don't forget to check energy saving settings
also ipv6 and\or change of endpoint maybe a solution
