Does not automatically connect on startup

Oblivion does not automatically connect when the device starts up. The user must manually open the app and then tap the toggle to activate the VPN.

The Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 app does automatically connect on startup when the "Always-on VPN" setting is enabled for 1.1.1 in the VPN settings. However, Oblivion does not start up regardless of whether the "Always-on VPN" system setting is enabled or disabled for Oblivion.
