@joshnabbott I just run monit with a http check on localhost, once it does not respond it automatically restarts nginx.

Would rather have something like a `redirectUrl` in the config where you can specify that. Would that be OK?

I think using http:// as the default is just fine, because best practice is to have a http->https redirect anyway. So, as long as the app can handle that, everything...

@juanjoguevara You are using the wrong URLs. Please use the URLs as they are shown on this site: http://subscribe-test.podlove.org/ (you added www. in front of the URLs for some reason)
