Kebab Case Filenaming Not Working

When Kebab Case file name options are selected, it is still outputting file names like `2022-08-17-08-32-39.md`.

It would be very useful to be able to do date + note title based file names. For example: `yyyy-mm-dd_[kebab-case-title].[extension]` This is how I typically format my notes by hand...
