Hangs after VS spins up when running with VS2019

Firstly I'd thank the author for the great tool, although it's a shame on MS's part that after all these years automating Visual Studio is still the only way to get some simple things done.

It seems that with VS2019, the program hangs after writing Registering message filter and spinning up Visual Studio (I passed 16.0 as vsversion). I've not yet debugged or examined the source yet. If I could get around to it someday I might investigate to see what went wrong.

Sadly I haven't been able to continue to upkeep this small library. Haven't messed with Visual Studio in years now.

I agree, the fact that something like this is required for very simple automation requirements is very frustrating :(.

Let me know if you find the root of the bug. Would be good to get it patched
