Add/remove files on the fly

Very nice plugin. I wonder if you could take it a step further by taking on some ideas from silverstripe CMS. That CMS has this functionality built in, but you can remove or add files to be compressed on the fly. So you may have a default collection of .js files in a 'includes' template, and in an embedded template add another file (or remove a file) to be compressed.
