I'd like to add a STRIKE button and keyboard shortcut

Is there a simple way of doing this?

The ~~strike~~ feature also need to be added to the Markdown syntax help pop-up (the one that is accessed from the lower right corner of the screen).

The button exists in the current version of StackEdit, as well as the keyboard shortcut (ctrl+shift+S)

This issue should be marked as closed, but I believe I lack the ability to do so.
