”Syncing” file garbles its contents, even if I’m the only one editing it

I want to use StackEdit as an interface to edit Markdown files from the cloud from both my Windows 10 computer and my Android phone. But when I load the file, the new text I write is always spliced into incoherent places. What is causing this problem? I am syncing with Google Drive.
