Adding a settings page to user profiles

I was talking with Sara about any UI improvements we could add to the site. I suggested adding a settings page when users click on their profiles (see image below):

I got the idea after we got several emails asking us to unsubscribe them from email notifications. I think users wouldn't normally think to check their profile for that.
