subject description text field should use code mirror

Folks can write descriptions of subjects on the settings tab of a subject, i.e. https://fromthepage.com/josie/ann-smith-letters/article/102680/edit

We should make this field a code mirror editor, rather than a text box. We should include the enabled editor buttons.
