Add "new projects" section to Find a Project page/Find a Project page redesign

We think it would be a good idea to add a "new projects" section on the Find a Project page.

Sara and I came up with two solutions:

  1. Replace the current carousel at the top of the Find a Project page: image

  2. Add a "new projects" section under the search bar (and move Recent Activity down): image
