"Your Hours" button not visible enough on the dashboard

LVA emailed us about the "Your Hours" button not being quite visible enough on the dashboard. I have two suggestions for where to put it.

1. I think we could put it under the Collaborator Dashboard heading, kind of like how the Owner Dashboard shows the account type and total number of pages.

2. We could add it as a button to this section on the Your Profile page.
